Bad Day? Bad Life?

If today you feel so depleted that you have no idea how to do today, hold on to the fact that this too shall pass.

A bad day does not equate a bad life, even if it is tempting to surrender to that belief, and live with a false script about your reality.

Breathe, take the time you need, engage in wholesome activities and distractions that can replenish and restore, and hold on to yourself and your own power with your dear life.

Nobody deserves the power to destroy your mental health and wellbeing.

Choose to make yourself the first priority. You owe it to yourself...and it is not selfish, it is essential.
