What is failure?

We need to rethink the popular view on failure. I see too many people suffering, because of unnecessary pressure, anxiety and stress, due to the fear of failure.

We would only fail if we never tried.

But trying, and not achieving a perceived outcome, does NOT necessary imply failure.

We need to be kinder toward ourselves and more tolerant. We need to be bold and courageous in living our lives, without the constant fear of “so-called” failure.

I witness unhealthy coping mechanisms, loss of control, anger outbursts, depression, addiction, failed relationships, as a result of the immense pressure that victims of the “fear of failure”, experience.

Entering a counselling process is vital if you remain the victim of this fear. You deserve so much more than living a captivated and limited life...
