    Are you plagued by guilt?

    You only have so much emotional energy each day. Don’t fight battles that don’t matter.     Can I change the way I perceive problems?

    We have a negative outlook on problems and adversities. Challenges tire us and cause disruption in our lives and affect our being often to our detriment. Yet, problems are an indicator of something that needs to change. It reveals unhealthy patterns in our lives where growth and change is necessary to continue our journey of self-empowerment and enlightenment.     Sustainable relationships

    Relationships need to be nurtured. Whether it is a romantic relationship, a parent-child relationship, or one of friendship. All relationships depend on mutual respect, trust, emotional support, compassion and having each other’s well-being at highest stake. We are co-responsible for our relationships and it’s health. Should a relationship take more from us than what is good for our mental health it is time to seriously consider the validity of that relationship in your life.

    LIVING “IKIGAI”...

    Without a reason for being and purpose, our wellbeing is at risk. A sense of fulfillment aligns us with our best selves. We do not have to always do great and visible things as an only means of achievement and purpose. What sustains us in the way we do life everyday, how we go about our everyday lives, treat each other and ourselves, can bring about the necessary sense of “ikigai”.
