Negative mental clutter?
Sometimes our thoughts just seem to run with us in a way that debilitate us and castrophize situations for us.
When we overthink we may lose our perspective and may jump to conclusions without evidence based facts. We may begin to over-generalize and to over-magnify things, as we have surrendered our control to external forces and fears.
We may fall victim to more cognitive distortions.
Mindfulness is a great way to take control back.
